Swine Flu Protection guide from WHO

World Health Organization has expressed swine influenza as a pandemic disease in June. Pandemic is an epidemic, geographically widespread, occur throughout a region or even worldwide.
And being air-borne, the risk of spread of swine influenza have increased greatly.

Here are some tips and precautions to be taken by WHO to keep yourself and others safe from swine influenza H1N1 virus --

1. Cover your nose and mouth with disposable tissue when coughing or sneezing.
2. Discard off properly used tissues immediately after use.
3. Frequently wash hands with soap and water.
4. If you have flu-like symptoms, seek medical advice immediately.
5. If you have flu-like symptoms, a minimum distance of 1 meter from the others.
6. If you have flu-like symptoms, stay home from work, school or congested areas.
7. Avoid hugging, kissing and trembling hands when greeting.
8. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.

These are the instructions from the WHO, but you can be safer by using face masks and gloves when touching a sick patient or an unhealthy areas. Face masks are available in pharmacies in general, but if it is sold out, visit all the surgical instruments shop to find it. Do not worry about the tendency of these things, if his health. Wear face masks in any public place where there is too much crowd.

If you are sick, may be that the flu-like or not, just try to stay a couple and avoid contact with other people. And contact your doctor and any approved swine flu treatment at the hospital soon.

Also when you visit a hospital to get the swine flu, use mouth mask and gloves and not touch any surface. Be sure to check with a new syringe.
